Decline after 8years

I went into Centurion Mall Branch. I can upgrade my 2 to contracts on the 14th June. I got this contracts now 8 years. When I ask the young men to show me the handset I can choose from with my next upgrade on the 14th he ask for my phone number to see what handsets I qualified for. He show me that I'm declined for an upgrade. I mean after 8 years? For 8 years my money is good enough for them but all of a sudden not anymore? Do they have enough customer now and don't want there old ones anymore? Or is it because my debit order didn't go through this month for the first time. I stop all debit orders on my bank account this month because there was on my account with a debit order from a unknown sours but I did pay Cell C via EFT. so they did received their money. I am very unhappy about this and the worst thing of all I try to phone them but after 30 min I decided to drop the call because I don't have more time to waste on a call that's not been answer. Its small things like this customers go over to other networks.
