Price on car was R79 900 finance was approved by bank we got the inv / offer to purchase from dealer the day we were suppose to sign and the car delivered, on inv there was extras to the value of R10542.98, told them that we didn't want the extras. Was told by the general manger that the "big boss" said he wasn't making enough money on the deal and wouldn't sell the car to me at the MARKED PRICE.
Told him that the extras we needed were already covered by our insurance company and that the book value on the car was R82000, I couldn't see why we had to now pay an extra R10542.98 now making the car over priced, and that at no point through the proses was the price subject to the extras or was it mentioned by the sales reps that we had to take these extras out so that the "big boss" could make enough money.
Was told that if we don't take the extras we must forget about the car, told them to stick it!!!
just want to thank them for wasting almost 2 weeks of my time and putting my sales rep in the office without a car to see clients.
