Worst Customer Service

I'm looking at buying a car and went to Hyundai PInetown. Going through financial process was full of bad attitude. To be honest though the actual efficiency of the service was good. But being my first time buying a car I don't know what to expect or what what's involved.

This morning when he phoned to give me what the bank had come back with, I was surprised at the amount and asked him why a 9% interest rate was only R100 cheaper than a 12.38% interest rate, He checked and said it was because of the extra warranty and maintenance plan he had added on. I asked him why because from the previous day he alluded to the extras being added on and not affecting the overall price. He responded with him flat refusing that he had said that and told me that he had told me that it would affect it. I can understand that in his mind he thought he was saying that but it came across differently. He then started to become aggressive and told me that if he is not going to make money on this then he wouldn't do this deal, not even for R200, I don't know how much money is coming in from this deal. I can understand the miscommunication, but he talked to me in a way that made me feel attacked.
