PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a loyal MTN customer for a few years now. I'm due for a upgrade. I did everything over the phone MTNSP and decided to check if I could fast forward the process by contacting my local MTN Somerset MalI to ask if they had stock of the iphone 5. I called their nr from 9am the morning and tried every hour but no answer at both numbesrs I called MTN in Somerset West. I told the lady that I'm battling to get hold of anybody at the MTN in Somerset Mall. She replied "Oh no, they never answer their phones, we gave up on them already. She said everybody that needed assistance had to physically go to the store. I was shocked! I only had one question that could be solved by calling them. After work i went to MTN in S/mall. I called both nrs and didnt hear any phones. I told a lady i'm calling their number and would like to know where there phones are. she said they don't have phones, one at the back which nobody really answers. After waiting for 35 minutes i was assisted. I explained to Isaac the story, he was clicking away on his pc. I aksed him again, isaac, back to my question, 'DO YOU HAVE STOCK OF THE IPHONE 5'? he replied 'oh no sorry we out of stock' 45 minutes of my time wasted!!!
