Hi

My phone was on Sat, 12 October. I then blacklisted it together with my Sim card the following day and I was issued with my ITC number.

I then went to Vodacom KWT, Stone Towers with the intention of getting assistance so as to proceed with my Vodacom cellsure insurance claim.
To my astonishment, no one was able to print me a claim form after waiting on the desk for -30min. The employees told me they are new in the store and they are not familiar with systems. Furthermore she was unable to tell me if my sim card was also insured, her excuse being that she forgot her "OTP".

As long term contract subscriber with Vodacom and a businessman myself, I'm finding such service unacceptable and awful to say the least. I then left the store after receiving no help whatsoever.

Someone needs to address the management of that store. Driving to a nearest town is just not good enough.
