Replacement of phone

Last night my phone was where today the phone was reported and blocked. Mtn insurance was contacted and the claim was authorised where i was informed that my Samsung Galaxy S3 was ONLY insured for R5000 and was not covered completely. Last year when the contract was issued i insisted that the phone be covered completely and still asked the sales assistant if the insurance fee i was paying every month would cover my phone. As i came to find out today, this was not the case. Mtn failed to do what i had asked of them. I then went to Mtn today to inquire about insurance problem only to be treated with the most shocking service i have ever received. First and foremost they called the wrong insurance company and told me that no claim had been made and when i proved to them that i had in actual fact made the claim they realised i was with Mtn insurance. They then attempted to call the insurance company and because they couldnt get through they proceeded to tell me that its closed theres nothing they can do to help me and i must stay without a phone until Monday. What they failed to realise is that i run a business off that phone. I am disgusted with the service i have received.
