Worst service ever, paying for a tablet I can't us

I got a response from vodacoms Roderique Lategun after I wrote on Hello Peter, now they have gone quiet again. I did an upgrade november the 23rd or so, and they said it will be active on the 1st of December, but to this day it is not active. I had on my acc in October but to this day I havent received my refund even after submitting an affidavit, this is the worst experience eve
