Vodacom Greenstone cannot deliver on service owing to the their "admin" backlog. I had attempted to port my nuimber from Nashua Mobile; however although performing the necessary applications, approvals etc the new phone and sim has not been activated on Vodacoms side owing to the lack of customer service by Vodacom Greenstone staff. I had been told that i would be active on the network by 6pm yesterday... So i have an iPhone for the last day and a half, none of the porting requests; nor the simswap to activate the sim has occurred... how pathetic... You would think that dealing with a company of this size would instill cutomer service...
VODACOM GREENSTONE ARE LIARS .. they keep lying that everything is done when clearly its not...
