Poor Vodacom signal in Greenstone HIll

The Vodacom signal in Greenstone Hill is atrocious. My cellphone is permanently on SOS mode in the area due to lack of signal. I have complaied to the Vodacom store in the Greenstone Mall but they said there is nothing they could do.
When will they install another tower or signal booster as it is extremely frustrating!!!
