I logged acomplaint on 25jan regarding my handset and the black listing issue. My 1st problem is the feedback documented on hello peter as my response. Firstly I did not tell any1 of your employees that the phone was blacklisted on 18th as i was continuously told it could not be done. So you posted a false statement which i never quoted. secondly due to cellc delay i could only open the case 28Jan. I was also assured by every person i spoke to that the delay would not affect doing a cliam with my insurance. I requested Ntseoa Sedikane call me regarding this matter but she clearly ignored my request which brings me to the point where I will contact your ombudsman, consumer protection act or who ever I need to to get this resolved. You have your call recordings so use it! Please call me on 021 -941 1127 (between 2-5) or email me on [Email Removed] I need a letter from cellc acknowledging due to your delay and errors I was unable to obtain the ITC ref in order to open a case within the 48 hrs timeframe as I was told by Edgars store where i have the insurance with.(I do not have my cell with me today)
