I dont understand these guys at cellc Silverton, I went there to report my lost phone so that they can block it now they are telling me that it will take 48 working hours. These guys are not even serious how can they say it will take more than a week because for a normal working day of 8 hours you will need 6 days for them to block my phone which is missing. This is very unprofessional from cellc especially since I really need my phone and they tell me I cant have my phone for atleast a week. I dont understand why it will take them such long a time to block my phone.
