My horror started when i went on Holiday in November, i discovered i was still being billed by Mweb yet i was not even using their data, promptly they would bill me for data usage which i never touched, do i look like i am made of money that i just pay for stuff i never used?
Anyway, in January Telkom cancelled my line since i was on holiday, when i came back i discovered despite my line being cancelled, Mweb continued to bill me, for what really? Is that not to take money for service not rendered?
By end of day today all my friends will know that Mweb is useless, they turn a blind eye to the fact that they never gave you service and just demand money, for what? is it because they Mweb so they we should just pay them for doing nothing? how absurd.
