My dongle used for sending SMS' to my customers was 16 Dec. I bought a new sim card (0606840758) and dongle on 19 Dec, put 6000 SMS' on and started sending info re specials to my clients. During the evening the sim was blocked by Vodacom. I phoned them in the morning and they said they thought there was with the card. No apologies or a refund of unused SMS'/cost of the card. I then used my wife's simcard and put more SMS' on. On 23 Dec Vodacom also blocked her card. She phoned them on 24 Dec and was told that there was a lot of SMS' sent from the card. She told them what the story is. They promised to get an investigator to phone her back. His number was given to my wife (0115464605 Sam Moloy). This number just rings. It is 4 hours later now and no phone call. The SMS' I sent my clients was about Xmas specials that ends on 24 Dec. What do I do? I have lost: 1) Unused SMS' on 1st simcard, (about 1800), 2) Cost of the card R10, 3) Unused SMS' on wife's simcard (about 1200) and most of all ABOUT 3000 OF MY CLIENTS DID NOT GET THE INFORMATION REGARDING MY XMAS SPECIALS!!! A DEAFENING SILENCE FROM VODACOM.
