Unathourised upgrade and 2 lines opened

I called 808 to find out why I was suspended and Fakazile told me that there was an upgrade done and two 078 lines were opened under my name. She told me to send and affidavit disputing the and I did. End of October I was suspended again, I called 808 and was told my case was still on but they opened my lines just a week and I was forced to call 808 again. And was told that my lines will not be opened until I pay that amount which it was not mine. I went to MTN branch at Carlton Centre, Thabiso was assisting me and he called Credit controler and I spoke with Randall who opened my lines and told me the matter will be resolved before end of the month. Last week Mario from (department) called me and told me he was dealing with my my case but he gave me wrong landline numbers, these number are engaged, they don't even go through. Am I suppose to call him anyway? I can't use my 079 line because I have to wait for them to resolve the case but Randall told me to do a sim swap so I can use my number but today they told me not to use it until the case is resolved. Do I have to live like this? Is this how we should be treated? email [Email Removed]
