I upgraded a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say, MTN charges me over R1000 for this upgrade, yet do not load my sms and data bundles. I have called tirelessly everyday for 4 days, and everytime its "it will be loaded in 2-24h". This has not happened. I even asked the lady yesterday to take ownership of this and give me a call of the status. She promised me she would. She never did. I called again today, and an email is sent to the provisioning department. There is no person i can call or who can call me from this department. Just an email. This is very impersonal and how do i know that they even read these emails???
In short, it seems that MTN does not pride themselves of service any more. I have been a customer for over 15years and this is how they value me?
I am thinking of cancelling this contract as its in a clear breach from their side and move to an operator that values customers and whose mission it is to serve over and beyond. I am disgusted by how i am treated.
