Failure to load Data Bundles on the contract

My wife upgraded her Mtn contract around late May 2013.In terms of her new contract she was supposed to receive 75mb of data every month.
Since the upgrade was done, no data bundles was ever loaded. I called Mtn Sp and they lodged a query with reference number 104402059 in vain.
Again we called Mtn Sp on the 28.09.2013 and given ref number 104537683 which also did not yield any positive results.
On the 03.10.2013 we called Mtn Sp and given ref number 104742449 which is still in progress.
From the information above I doubt if the Mtn Sp people will ever help, because they just keep me waiting and when we call them, they log another query.
