I am not at all surprised that Vodacom are not willing to listen to reason; I took out a data contract around Dec 2012. The contract was not initiated on time. Whats more, they have not yet (one year later) delivered my modem but still want to bill me for services I did not use. When I e-mailed my query, they avoided giving reasons and simply stated that the contract will start one month later. When I asked for reasons why this happened they were very evasive but continued billing me month after month. I eventually stopped payment and they listed me on a credit bereau. BULLIES!!
My queries were very simple and easy to understand yet I still do not have answers to them, nor have they informed me for which services I have been billed. I feel cell companies are the most ruthless and unethical to deal with ever!
