Data not received as per contract

This is my first month with MTN. I was supposed to receive my 300MB data, as stipulated in my contract, by the 15th of this month. It is now 8 days later and I still have not received my data, and my phone has subsequently used over R100 of my airtime in out-of-bundle data.

I have Phoned 4 times now, each time they have a different story.

Fist phone call Thursday 19/12/2013 - They said it would take 48 hours to fix

Second phone call 22/12/2013 - Apologised and said it would be fixed by Monday (yesterday)

Third phone call 23/12/2013 - The operator said there is nothing she could do because her boss was on lunch and hung up.

Fourth phone call 23/12/2013 - Now I have to wait 5 working days. Apparently everyone else to me.

I pay for this service and my contract clearly states that I will receive the data on the 15th of each month. It has cost me a ridiculous amount of money for the 8 days of out-of-bundle data that has been used, purely because MTN can't deliver.
