I took out 2 cellphone contracts for Blackberry 9790's just after the guarantee was up, the phones started giving problems, I was told they could be fixed but at our own expense, All the phones do is shut down or reboot, one can never have a decent conversation as the phone will die, I bought new batteries in the hope that would solve the problem and it did not. People please do not sign a 2 year contract, it is pointless if the phone only has a years guarantee. I am now left saddled with 2 contracts and the phones are all but useless.. I certainly will never pass on leads to Cell C nor will I renew any contracts or upgrades. Other people I have spoken to tell me the same thing Blackberry and Cell C are useless even more so when used in the same sentence...
