Failure to deliver - SP spelt names incorrectly

Am very dissappointed with MTN direct. After requesting an update on the 28th of November i still have not received the package, because MTN gave the courier documents with names spelt incorrectly. Even after calling MTN thrice my names had still not being corrected. what makes it worse is they have changed the billing to the "NEW" contract, which is a massive inconvenience if i dont have the new phone. After the 3rd recurrence of this joke, i asked them to cancel the request, which is supposed to take 24working hours at most, 72 hours later it isn't done. NOw i cant do the upgrade elsewhere because this one is still active.
Pathetic. If MTN did not have the best coverage i would have left them. MXM.
