Pathetic service

This morning i called FNB Life to change my debit order date, inwas assisted by Natasha who changed the date of the debit and later asked if i wanted to update the details of my extended family. As puzzling as it sounds i asked what she meant and her response was that my profile is showing tht i didnt give out the date of birth of the exteded family. Now Fnb life please tell me for the past 3 years ive been paying a funeral policy thats not updated which by the way last year in March i posted the same query on hello peter nd some manager called me to updated that info and to date its not updated still. 1stly details of my spouse were missing, the names were spelt incorrectly, now this... What exacly was up updated last year? What woukd happednif i claim, fnb was going to pass the buck right... thats period. Im still wating for natasha to call meas promised..talk about how ca u help me... well u not doing a great job.?change you slogan... unfit
