Unacceptable service

I've been trying to claim my samsung S3 since 2/12/2013. For 2 weeks I've tried to get thru to them telephonically but no luck (there's just no answer for 2 weeks now that's ridiculous). On 16/12/2013 I went in to mtn wonderboom junction branch - first they were very unfriedly, didn't want to help me as well. I had to tell them what to do (where it should be the other way round). Samantha said after I told her to do it that she will submit my claim and I will receive feedback within 24hours. On 19/12/2013 I phoned in and they informed me that the claim hasn't been submitted after 3 working days. I went in again on 21/12/2013 where I received the most unhelpful service ever. Again I had to tell them to check in feedback where they sighed, gave me horrible looks and short answers. They had me stand in the shop and hold on for the claims department myself while 3 other clients were showed away furious by the mtn staff. The other clients says there's no communication and service there. After holding on for a while i told the guy that i'm leaving and that he needs to hold on for them and sort this out-as i turned my back he hung up and put the phone under the counter.
