I have been having a problem with my adsl line from the 15/12/ 2013. I called the call centre ref number 224crk151213, i spoke to Khanyi and i told her my adsline is faulty it does show its connected but when i try to log on to the internet it gives an error message. I have been dealing with different people from the call center who have been advising me my problem will be dealt with and sorted but until now its still not sorted. Today on 23/12/2013 i called the customer care line again and the same story was given to me. I am very dispointed by the level of service that i have received from telkom. I just need someone to respond to my query asap and get my problem to be resolved speedly, as i am paying for the service but i don't have any service.
