Terrible service

I had a terrible service from MTN techinical repairs Midrand, they sent me an sms notifying me that my device has been repaired. They need payment in order for them to release the my blackberry after making the payment i had to wait for another two weeks to get my phone delivered to melrose ach from midrand, when i tried to make a follow up i was given a false waybill number when i tried to call the courier company i was told the waybill number is not there on their system which means they dont have the parcel with them. Im still waiting as i write this complaint. My phone was booked in on 11/11/2013.
