I've moved over to the UK and inserted a new Vodafone sim card into my Samsung Galaxy S4 and my phone was blocked by Vodafone protect. I then spoke to an Vodacom agent in south Africa that promised to send an email to resolve the issue with no luck.
I've subsequently reinserted my South African Vodacom sim which was also blocked but managed to find my 6 number Vodafin pin and unlocked the mobile cell. Then I marched down to Vodafone store in Cambridge, UK and my phone locked me out again due to Vodafone Protect. I then entered my pin again but to no avail. Now no pin works. I then requested a reset and an email has been sent to me but when I follow to the link [URL Removed] no link exists to reset my pin.
I'm stranded without a working phone and still locked out. This is now effecting my work.
