VERY POOR SERVICE

I Orderred 2 x Huawei Tablets. I received it in good time. I wanted to activate the sim cards and have been trying for 3 days and still no joy. Ive been sent from pillar to post with no joy. Every time i had to hang up, because i was waiting too long. I SMS and emailed the customer services and still no call back. What a nightmare. Its seems as if the consultants dont know what to do or what they are doing. Not impressed
