I had a problem with my blackberry charge port, I took the phone to Nashua for repairs. I was told once the phone is gone for repairs and assessment is complete someone will call to advice on the condition of the phone, four days late i recieved a SMS that my phone was ready for delivery. When i went to collect the phone i was told my phone cannot be repaired, no one bothered to say why it cannot be repaired. Furthermore if the consultant that was assisting knew about the standard R150 charge for assessment why did he not communicate this to me initial, this is pathetic service, I am due for an upgrade next year I will be taking my money else where, Nashua is useless and incompetent
