Account wrongly billed twice

We changed our banking details and the vodacom account were still wrongly debited against our old account. We then had to go to east gate to make the payment cash and pay he R 100 penalty fee although the problem was not our fault. This month vodacom did debit against the right account but did debit for the previous month also. We do no have the cash slip to prove our payment and all we ask is that they find a duplicate to prove that we have paid for the previous month and reverse the transaction or credit our account
