Not happy with Vodacom Services

I have been trying to buy power hour since yesterday and today at 7 0'clock and I get a massage saying its sold out but my two friends bought it round about 8:15 and it went through it was successful, when I try to contact them I don't get helped, as 1 of the consultent droped the phone on me and others just don't give me a straight answer. I'm not happy at all
