What is the Problem???

We applied today for an additional cell phone to be added to an existing contract and were helped by Sibongile at Sandton City. She did not inform us at the time, that we would have to provide proof of income. After waiting for over 2 hours which was the time that we were told it would take, we went back and were told by Stella that my husband had to now produce proof of income, in spite of having recently upgraded a current MTN contract only 2 weeks ago. I have just emailed this proof to Stella but am unable to reach her to find out if she has received them or forwarded them on for approval. My question is also how long the process will take, as the extra phone we are applying for supposed to be a Christmas Gift??? Very frustrating!!!
