I am trying to get a contract with mtn direct. they requested a proof of income, bank statements and my ID. i supplied them with a signed affidavit and a letter from the company where i work on a contact basis (been there for 6 years). The Person that phoned me to request those documents told me straight forward that alimony is not considered an income seeing that i receive the money from my husband. I am DIVORCED, it is an income because it is a binding contract. This is so unfair. Vodacom accepted the same documents, why can't mtn??
