I would like to lodge a complaint against the legal department of tracker. They are sooooo quick at listing you on ITC but when you pay and you ask them to just update your payment profile and just give you feedback they are nowhere to be found. I called the call centre and selected the legal departments nr and gave up after holding for over 30min just to speak to a consultant. I called back and decided to speak to a normal consultant from the accounts department and they were more than happy to assist but there is only so much they can do as everything with legal. Even them that are internal is struggling to get hold of them.
So I want a legal consultant to call me ASAP or I will have to lodge a complaint at the Ombudsman.
