Pathetic service and Bad attitude

My phone recently got so i cancelled and blocked the sim card immediately i then got a sim swop and tried to unblock the line the sim was unblocked and blocked again as my bill was run up to R35000!!! how is this even possible i tried to contact Autopage but the attitude and service i received was shocking i made 19 calls to autopage since the time the sim swop was done
