I have taken out a contract at 8ta, it is a matter of fact i have taken out 2 contracts with you. My wife complaint she doesn't receive her emails and sms's on her blackberry 9900. She has phoned and gone through some settings with the call centre agents. They requested technical support to contact her and incase gave my number aswell. No one phoned. 1 month later we called again. They sent a technitian to my residence to support me. Once he is busy someone from (SOC) PHONED him and said it is a matter of factly that the phone number has been ported from her VODACOM nr to 8ta. (iT Doesnot make sense) if it were not correctly portted it wouldn't work in the first place. Once she put the simcard in another handheld all her emails and sms's does come through. They assured us the handheld is working fine it is the network it is exactly 3 months later and she is still struggeling with the problem. I am not happy. I want this sorted out like in TODAY!!! She works from her phone!!! i want the hand held replaced. My phone is also giving trouble and no one even bother to phone me back! I am going to go to ombudsman and report this terribly poor service, and cancel my contracts!
