Complaint / review / scam report
I have applied for my Telkom line to be transferred and the service was good for only two days that I have the use of the phone. Currently the phone is off and on numerous complaints I was told that the line has not been connected. I am sitting in a wheel chair and I am a pensioner. I can not be without of a telephone at this stage. I am paying for the internet and do not have the use of it. Mark from customer care contacted me to find out about the service and I told him that the phone is not working.
