Nashua Mobile
Billed for services not supplied

I have been billed R20 a day for months now for a subscription service called mobthumbs.

Simply google or search hellopeter for mobthumbs and you will see this happens to many people.

Their contact details on the sms leads to number that just says their office is only open 9 to 5 (regardless of when you call).

I would like to know the following:

1) Why does Nashua mobile not block these companies?
2) Why wont Nashua mobile reverse the fees?
3) Nashua mobile is profiting from activities, this is actually illegal in SA (those are proceeds of crime).

I had a long conversation ref: 011491498 with Nashua support. They say that they cannot block 3rd party subscriptions and will deduct from my account any amount sent from any company to bill me. They do not require proof of subscriptions and i cannot log an official complaint with Natasha mobile. I also cannot block

Really upset now, since i spent the last hour on the phone (which again just profits Nashau mobile).

My company has a couple of contracts with Nashau mobile, to indicate my displeasure i will cancel those i can.

I will be taking this further, in order to safeguard other people as well as myself.
