I am waiting several days to active my new SIM via my new contract with Telkom Mobile.
The once-off debit fee of R90 to activate the SMART 100 cellphone package, was debited from my bank account almost 2 weeks ago... and yet I am still waiting for my SIM card to be activated!!
This package was sold via SELL DIRECT and their call centre just rings... via 021-0017500.
Please advise soonest.
