I have been waiting for 3 days to hear from the MTN insurance team. I have complained on Twitter, I have logged 2 requests with customer care, for the insurance team to contact me. Besides the reassuring MTN service team on twitter, I have received no response. The 2 references have been escalated to superior managers but they seem to be just as slack.
I wish that I had rather signed on with Vodacom and my request to anyone who views this that they never join MTN. I have good reasons besides bad service from the company as a brand as well as the managers who would have contacted me & especially to the insurance team of MTN who cannot assist me with my insurance I have been paying monthly for more than 4years.
The company expects their money, I expect service. I cannot tolerate bad managed brands and also cannot tolerate over promise and under delivery. I was promised numerous times that I will be contacted and still nothing. I will now go viral with all my complaints, Posting it on every social site i can. I will also ask all my friends to share the complaint on their Facebook pages and i will keep tweeting my complaint on twitter every single day until I receive response
