I cancelled my services on 5 November 2013 at Reds Mall. I was not at the premises anymore so the line had to be disconnected. Telkom phoned me almost a month later to cancel my request and then also billed me for December 2013.
I cannot stand this incompetence of our top telephonic brand. It is R400 extra to my account for services not required.
I need them to correct the invoice please as I will not pay until this is rectified.
