Line Suspended due Cellc's Mistake

I did an insurance claim with Cellc in May 2013 after losing my cellphone. After a week or two, i received a call that been approved and that i will have to pay R350.00 excess, which i didn't have a problem with and gave a go ahead. I received a call telling me that the phone was ready for collection at their Fourways branch. I asked if i had to pay the R350.00 in store and was told it would go through via debit order. Phone was collected on the 25th. My debit order goes off at the end of the month, so only my normal package premium was expected that month. In June i changed my banking detail and even received an sms confirming receipt of my request and that all was in order. On the 10th i receive a sms telling me that my line would be suspended that same day due to non payment. I phoned customer service and after the agent carefully went through my payment history, he noticed that it was the excess amount being linked to my old banking details. After several follow ups i was told my line wont be opened even if it wasn't my fault. If the amount was linked to the correct bank details then i wouldn't be having this problem.
