Continuous harassment

I am sick to death of this company calling me, emailing me, sending me sms's all in regards to 2 accounts with autopage that were closed in 2010.

I have coontacted Autopage directly, travelling over 100km to their offices in Midrand to sort this out. They have no idea why VVM is trying to get back fees. I have references for this. It was through Pretty at Autopage. The cancellation of our accounts in 2010 was done with Austin at Autopage, REF Number: 1026559. 28th August 2010.

I don't understand how people that are in "Law" can get this so wrong. Will Vodacom let us use the same numbers on a different account if the previous account wasn't paid, and cancelled? NO!!! We have been with Vodacom directly since the move from Autopage, with the same numbers.

The only payment that we had to pay was the final months, which we have, and have proof of said payment. WE ARE UP TO DATE!!! So stop the calls, sms's and the like!!
