Over Phone Contract

Got a call from Vodacom earlier this year saying that if I renewed and paid an admin fee and then paid R29per month (Top Up account) by direct debit I would get x amount of call time. As I have now changed banks I get sufficient monthly top up just for using their bank card. Called today to cancel this direct debit and flabbergasted to be told I had agreed to this for 3 years. We live out in the sticks and cell reception is poor so never clear what is being said and would never agree to something this foolish. No where did the person explain fully that this was the case. Called them twice this morning and they hung up both times. I need this cancelled or proof that in a moment of idiocy I agreed to this. And not just some faceless minion trying to state this over a useless reception line and then hanging up. This is obviously a trap these shysters employ for PAYG customers
