BAD RECEPTION

We live in a suburb in Cape Town, which you would agree is a big place. We moved into our house in March 2011, and we have never had good cell reception. I have complained about this on numerous occasions, and nobody ever has a clear answer or solution to my problem. I work from home, and my cell reception is so poor that I have to use my Telkom phone for cell calls and my free minutes (that I pay for!) are building up and expiring.

Vodacom obviously doesn't care about their customers, as it has been almost 2 years later now, and still I have shocking reception - it's not just me, any friends who visit, as well as the wife experiences the same. My contract expires in August, and I'll definitely move this time around. I'm tired of phoning in for this issue, you clearly don't care about your customers at all.
