Incorrect billing

We have taken out a new cellphone contract, as form Nov1, they however made a mistake and and started the contract form 1Dec. I have spoken to Elom and he credited the account and said everything is sorted out. on wed 11 Dec I received a sms that says the account is R8606.74. I immediately phoned Elom again to hear what is going on, it seems that they charge us 15cents per KB instead of 15cent per MB as we agreed apon. This is ridiculous! Elom said he will get back to us the same day, I've been trying to get hold of him, without any luck. I what this to be sorted out TODAY! This is unacceptable.
