I have upgraded my contract on the 31 October 2013, my blackberry service was suspended immediately and a new micro simcard was issued for the new contract witch started on 1November 2013.

On the 9th November 2013 I've received a sms that says the unbilled usage is an estimate R3879.68. I immediately contacted customer care, REF NO: A131109925 where the guy said it was the mistake of Autopage, and the blackberry service was not suspended, and that he will fix the account.

on14th November 2013 I've received another sms that said that the unbilled usage is an estimate R5078.49. I then phoned customer care again to hear what was going on, this time they said it is due to the data I've used on the new contract. The contract includes 500MB per month, and thereafter 15cents per MB used.

Customer care said that the contract is only affected from 1December 2013. This is not what we agreed on because my blackberry was suspended on the 31October 2013, and the new contract was effected 1November 2013.

I expect that you fix the account, to the rates that was agreed upon. If I was aware that the usage of my phone was only affected form 1December, and the amount per MB
