DISGUSTING SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCY!!!

I called in twice on 18/12/2013 with a query, spoke to two different consultants who ensured me that they would investigate and revert back to me. NO RESPONSE!! This after being transferred to Accounts Dept when I did not have an account query. Called in twice on the 19/12/2013 as well to be advised that the other people I spoke to actually do not exist! Bongani Dasheka advised me that he would investigate and revert today, even had one of his colleagues give me a message that he would call me back in 10 minutes, that was about 2 hours ago, STILL NOTHING!!! I have called back and there are apparently no Managers available to speak to either.
This is disgusting and I am highly disappointed in this lack of service.
I have all the names in question should anyone decide to call me back.
