Router taken no response

I returned my router to the mweb cresta branch where i bought it as it was not functioning well, it has been more then 4 Weeks. every time i call to speak to the technician i am told i will he will return my call.it seems like my router has dissapeared into thin air and everyone at the branch is avioding dealing with the issue
