WAITING MORE THAN HOUR FOR CALL CENTRE TO ANSWER

I phoned the call centre and wait more than a hour with the computer reminding me the whole time they will answer soon. After an hour I am just been cut off. Then I had to start the process all over again

I also phoned earlier and wait a long period without any response from the call centre.

I want to make an enquiry about a line that should be moved from one premises to another.
