I bought an iPad 4 at the Clearwater branch in December and the deal included a cover, screen protector and a stilor. I was told it would not take too long to get them. I had to keep calling the branch and was repeatedly told that the accessories were not yet delivered and should have them in the next 2 days but I never got any call after every 2 days I was told they expected the delivery. It has now been a month and I still do not have the accessories. I get transferred between consultants when I call the Nashua mobile call centre. I called another branch to have them check my account and I was told that my account has no accessories on request on it so the consultant who helped me and has been telling me they are awaiting delivery has been lying to me for over a month and to what use, only he knows!! I have been trying to call customer care and I have been placed on hold for more than 15 minutes - I am getting no help!!! I have already been debited and I want to return it if this is not resolved. Purchasing this iPad from Nashua is regretable. The service I have received has been repulsive and no customer deserves to be treated like that. [Unimpressed & Irritated young female].
