No resolution to billing enquiry

I logged a complaint with MTN regarding my bill and the triple charge. I was advised that content was downloaded and a request has been logged to show me which sites were utilised. I then received itemised billing info for past months and not the one of my query. I also received an e-mail with a network report showing call data records. (yet again no indication of websites or content utlised, which is my query). I was told by Ishie Mahomed that the info was correct for my cell number. I responded and to date have received no response. MTN PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE NEVER IN 13 YEARS RECEIVED SUCH A BILL. MY QUERY IS WHAT, WHEN AND HOW 2 THOUSAND MB OF DATA WAS UTILISED WHEN IN 13 YEARS I HAVE NEVER UTILISED THIS AMOUNT. EVEN AFTER BIS WAS TAKEN AWAY I WOULD ONLY UTILISE THE 250MB. I NEED AN ANSWER NOT GENERIC E-MAILS AND CONSULTANTS WHO NEVER RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS. I WILL BE PERSISTENT UNTIL I HAVE RESOLUTION. LOOK OVER MY BILLINGS FOR THE PAST 13 YEARS AND CHECK THE TRENDS AND LET ME KNOW IF THIS MAKES SENSE.
